I feel that blog’s are a great way to express yourself as a person. In real estate connecting with a potential client before you even meet them is a great thing, and blogs provide that even when you sleep.

I think one of the best uses of technology is video tours. As far as embracing technology, maybe there is too big a learning curve for older agent who only know how to use their MLS system. Anyway, some of the sites I use are housereel.com for video and yahoo blogs. I stay away from sites that are any-video sites. I do like facebook also.
