The Foreclosure Investor’s Cheat Sheet: 100 Useful Web Resources

May 14, 2008 by

If you’re looking for a place to get more information on real estate foreclosures, then you should take a look at “The Foreclosure Investor’s Cheat Sheet: 100 Useful Web Resources” over at International Listings. It provides 100 different links to articles, forums, websites, auctions, blogs, tutorials, and more.

It’s not often you get such a nice compiled list of resources all on one page so you might want to bookmark it and refer to it at a later time. Their site also provides international real estate for sale. Thanks to Brian for sending me the link.

Here is the set of videos I saw on CNN or ABC about and the ‘produce-the-note’ strategy.

It makes sense investing in real estate during depression since prices are falling but you should be very attentive to know when the prices hit the bottom, you might miss the ride.. You can park the properties and sell it later for a good price and remember millionaires are made during economy depression!.

Thanks for the post. What do you all think of the future of blogging? I have been reading a lot about google’s attempt to gain preferential treatment for its site from internet providers. This will result in their sites being faster than sites owned by individuals and/or smaller comapnies. It’s my beleif that if google is able to succeed there will be far less websites out there and therefore far less blogging. This list really is a nice little gold mine to stumble upon. Especially for us just getting our feet wet. My goal has been to be like a sponge and soak up as much information as possible before I start investing. Another site that is a must for anyone looking to for an abundance of information on real estate investing, is http://www.floridataxsale-foreclosure-info.com Suprisingly, there is a ton of key insight and information that does not just relate to Florida.

thanks for sharing this list. I have passed this on to several of my home owners in Scottsdale. Arizona, as we all know has been whacked hard by foreclosures even in luxury developments like Troon North where homes average over $1MM.

Often a local Broker is more helpful than the big websites. Here in Harford County, Maryland a local Broker publiches a blog containing all Harford Foreclosures including photos and a video tour.

Thank you for this wonderful resource. I have been reading many articles about foreclosures and its trend because I plan to invest in one. I hope I make the right decisions once I start the investing process. I really do not want to regret investing in foreclosure.
