Premium Real Estate WordPress Theme

If you are a real estate agent or someone looking to take your real estate website to the next level, then I highly recommend the Agent WordPress theme by Brian Gardner. It’s an amazing black two or three column professional theme with a strong emphasis on photos and functionality.
Unlike many other real estate themed templates, this modern theme is customized so you can actually display your listings, write articles, create pages, and even have your own blog all-in-one. You can’t beat that functionality.
Once you view the live demo, you’ll notice that the home page has an animated rotating sideshow so you can easily display your top listings. The theme designer and developer cleverly used WordPress categories to create a real estate search engine of sorts that highlights all of a brokerage’s or agent’s listings.
Below you will see what a single listing page looks like. It’s very clean and provides a large photo spot and main description towards the top. Following that area is a “Property Details” and “Additional Photos” sections. I can only say so much about this theme. It’s just better if you see it in action for yourself.

Something I always look out for with the “Pro” themes… Seems like they always have at least 2-3000 lines of code more being dumped out than an average themes do…

I’ve been using Word Press in creating blogs it is really user-friendly and what I love most here is the themes. There are ample of themes to choose from or even customize your own theme.

I think I’ll buy this Agent Theme and put it up using one of my 50 parked URLs and learn everything the hard way. I have absolutely no experience with WordPress or a WordPress site, nothing.

SO it would appear. Actually it’s got a lot of moving parts and each is VERY finicky.
I got it to work, incorporated it on my front page, but decided that I didn’t like how it looked with my current site design. So I removed it after a few hours. (just commented it out)

I am working in a real estate company, and they are currently creating website for it. I also used word press in creating blogs and it is nice to use also if you have knowledge in CCS you can customize your own theme for your blog site.
I actually use this theme for my blog and it works great. I don’t use all the features like the templates for listings and properties though so I can’t comment on that. The support for the wordpress template is very good though and I’ve gotten help from them on a number of occasions.
hope that helps someone make a choice. I will say though with all the free wordpress themes out there, it’s tough to plop down $75 for any theme.

I noticed that a few days ago and haven’t had a chance to fix it. I think it might be caused by the announcement plugin and an extra div or p tag.

I’ve been reading about using a blog for a website and I’m wondering if using a template is the way to go or building one from scratch.
“RE Theme” looks great but I’m wondering how customizable it is? Can the colors of the header be changed? I was looking at a local RE company site and realized that it’s based on “RE Theme”. I don’t want to put up the exact same site as theirs.
I like this theme very very much, surprisingly it is not expensive, I am thinking of getting one for my blog.

That is a great theme. I have a lot of experience with it. Here’s a really good tip that all realtors should use. Make multiple websites for each area that you service. That could be a geographic area or maybe a property type.
And another really great theme to add to the power of this one would be a new one that just came out… squeezetheme.
You can build a nice prospect list with it… very powerful!

Thanks for recommendation. Agents find it very to sell one. Selling a unit of condo or selling a house is such a huge job. You need to describe the property as beautiful as you can. Must be presented in a way that customers will appreciate it. But with the help of this, you can present the unit in grandeur.

Buyers Beware. This premium development would be a nightmare after you MOVE-IN. Its infested with Quads, ATV and terrain Bikes !!!
They go right through what would be your property! You don’t want to spend $1Mn and spent rest of your life fighting these guys. Builder Keeps quiet about this Problem. Police can’t help either ! Garden Homes won’t help you with this MAJOR Problem.
Can’t they spray for that or something?
This is great. It allows you to have a lot of information available on one page without it appearing too cluttered.
I really like the layout and design of this theme. The slideshow function is a great plus because of the opportunities it allows for users to get true real views of the houses they are interested in. The ability of this theme to spread the information around the actual page so that your site doesn’t look as cluttered is also a great function.
The best function of this site is the ability to have your listings present in a professional matter that doesn’t seem to clutter up the initial page. I have been browsing the internet for templates that would work well for this profession and I must say that this one comes close to fitting all of my needs. Excellent design and usability.

I’ve been working with real estate agents on setting up blogs. This is a great template for them to build on.

I manage a WordPress site for a client and while it may do well in search engines, it does not do well in finding new clients. We are moving off the wordpress platform. Websites are a balance of doing well in SEO and more importantly conversion. I think there are better services for conversion. WordPress is very simple so it nails the SEO part. If you need a blogging website, it is a great choice. If you need to display product, look elsewhere.

I have seen a lot of potentially great wordpress themes ruined due to the fact of awkward positioning of elements. This theme does look very appealing.

I actually use the theme myself and I love it. It’s a little bit of work at first to get used to it, and for a while I kept having to figure things out. But finally I got used to it and it works flawlessly. It has a beautiful display and all my clients tell me that my site is one of the best they’ve seen in Lima.
These are some pretty slick real estate wordpress themes. I wonder if they have any that are more specifically tailored to apartment search.

I love this theme is so clean, and the slide show is easy to setup. I ran in to a real estate hosting company (r3altor.com) that offered this in there mix of themes. Its kinda nice because it ready to use.

A theme list this should really be considered as a starting point. Realtor websites already struggle with looking the same, so it is really important to customize the theme to look completely unique.

What’s great about those WordPress themes is that your real estate listings are in a blog format, and search engines tend to index them better than regular websites.

These could be really useful for my site. I was trying to find real estate themes that could fit my needs but I was unsuccessful. I searched a lot of sites and nothing came up. I have a few customers from Peoria homes for sale who would say the design of the site could use a little curbing up. Well, I don’t need to search other sites no more.
I have lots of curbing up to do in my site. I think this post prove to be useful for me. I could now upgrade my Ponte Vedra homes for sale site and attract more potential customers.

This is a great theme, and I tinkered with it as well, but ended going back to Heatmap theme for my site, which for a relative internet novice seems best for me

WordPress themes have allows people to write so much content. It has brough the web to the next phase in its life.
Yes you are right that wordpress has brought the web to its next phase, but I believe we will see alot more bespoke Content Managed Sites in the future as development technology becomes more user friendly to develop these WordPress type systems. This surely will be better.
WordPress Sites are free, basically, and therefore are the lowest common denominator in terms of capability. I prefer custom site with proprietary technology. Yes it is more but you can get what you pay for.
