Nice theme, I like the header area, especially the RSS box, a class but unique take on it.
Flash header is nice too and doesn’t even take too long to load.

Interesting template. It is actually somewhat similar to the website that I had custom designed, http://www.LeasePhilly.com . I use this mainly for my rental clients, but serves as a good base for all clients and is picking up as far as web traffic goes.

I read your post and purchased the Agent Theme for my real estate business located in the Lake Chapala / Ajijic area of Mexico. So far the support has been very timely and effective, the support forums are easy to navigate and helpful, and the theme has been fairly easy to customize.

I like it, but man, making a wholesale website change like that would be brutal. I’ve done it before and hundreds of hours later…

I cannot tell by the demo since it disables my Firefox developer tools… Can anyone see if this theme is dumping tons of code and tables…?
Something I always look out for with the “Pro” themes… Seems like they always have at least 2-3000 lines of code more being dumped out than an average themes do…

I’ve been using Word Press in creating blogs it is really user-friendly and what I love most here is the themes. There are ample of themes to choose from or even customize your own theme.

I think I’ll buy this Agent Theme and put it up using one of my 50 parked URLs and learn everything the hard way. I have absolutely no experience with WordPress or a WordPress site, nothing.

Moving my current site to this template would take too many thousands of hours. I did however really like the SmoothGallery on the front page and with a little digging, found it on the web. It’s free.

Will incorporate this into my site this evening.

SO it would appear. Actually it’s got a lot of moving parts and each is VERY finicky.

I got it to work, incorporated it on my front page, but decided that I didn’t like how it looked with my current site design. So I removed it after a few hours. (just commented it out)

I am working in a real estate company, and they are currently creating website for it. I also used word press in creating blogs and it is nice to use also if you have knowledge in CCS you can customize your own theme for your blog site.

I actually use this theme for my blog and it works great. I don’t use all the features like the templates for listings and properties though so I can’t comment on that. The support for the wordpress template is very good though and I’ve gotten help from them on a number of occasions.

hope that helps someone make a choice. I will say though with all the free wordpress themes out there, it’s tough to plop down $75 for any theme.

I’ve been reading about using a blog for a website and I’m wondering if using a template is the way to go or building one from scratch.
“RE Theme” looks great but I’m wondering how customizable it is? Can the colors of the header be changed? I was looking at a local RE company site and realized that it’s based on “RE Theme”. I don’t want to put up the exact same site as theirs.

I like this theme very very much, surprisingly it is not expensive, I am thinking of getting one for my blog.

That is a great theme. I have a lot of experience with it. Here’s a really good tip that all realtors should use. Make multiple websites for each area that you service. That could be a geographic area or maybe a property type.

And another really great theme to add to the power of this one would be a new one that just came out… squeezetheme.

You can build a nice prospect list with it… very powerful!

Thanks for recommendation. Agents find it very to sell one. Selling a unit of condo or selling a house is such a huge job. You need to describe the property as beautiful as you can. Must be presented in a way that customers will appreciate it. But with the help of this, you can present the unit in grandeur.

Buyers Beware. This premium development would be a nightmare after you MOVE-IN. Its infested with Quads, ATV and terrain Bikes !!!
They go right through what would be your property! You don’t want to spend $1Mn and spent rest of your life fighting these guys. Builder Keeps quiet about this Problem. Police can’t help either ! Garden Homes won’t help you with this MAJOR Problem.

This is great. It allows you to have a lot of information available on one page without it appearing too cluttered.

I really like the layout and design of this theme. The slideshow function is a great plus because of the opportunities it allows for users to get true real views of the houses they are interested in. The ability of this theme to spread the information around the actual page so that your site doesn’t look as cluttered is also a great function.

The best function of this site is the ability to have your listings present in a professional matter that doesn’t seem to clutter up the initial page. I have been browsing the internet for templates that would work well for this profession and I must say that this one comes close to fitting all of my needs. Excellent design and usability.

Presentation is everything.

I like it a lot . I’ll have my webmaster check into it.

With the way real estate sales have been in Florida, who can afford a blog? Having all I can do to stay afloat with just my standard website.

I’ve been working with real estate agents on setting up blogs. This is a great template for them to build on.

I manage a Wordpress site for a client and while it may do well in search engines, it does not do well in finding new clients. We are moving off the wordpress platform. Websites are a balance of doing well in SEO and more importantly conversion. I think there are better services for conversion. Wordpress is very simple so it nails the SEO part. If you need a blogging website, it is a great choice. If you need to display product, look elsewhere.

What does CMS have to do with lead capture?

I actually have experimented with this theme and it works great! Highly recommended for real estate.
