This is a great tool… I cant tell you how frustrating it is to want to see a property and have to jump through hoops to call the agency and end up getting a voicemail. If you could get this info immediately then the Realtor wont lose that potential lead.

Most definitely Mike. Sending postcards to the homes surrounding the home you are trying to sell is petty cash compared to the commissions you make on a sale.

Sending cards to the same neighborhood lets them do the advertising for you. They may know a friend or family member that they want to move closer to them.
