putting contingencies, be it the financing and inspection contingencies, in the purchase agreement is very critical so home buyers drafting and writing it should never ever forget to include it. Anaheim Homes for Sale

I am a buyer in Florida. This is a "short sale". On 1/31/10 the seller and I signed an "As-Is Contract For Sale and Purchase". We have also signed the "Sales Disclosure Addendum" and the "Addendum to Purchase and Sale Contract" We are supposed to close 5/31/10.
 This is his primary residence.
Now the seller has decided to file for bankruptcy (even though he still has not filed). I still want to buy this property. Do I have a legally binding contract? Can it be legally enforced? Thank you, Tia Hunter

When investing your own hard earned money and agreeing to purchase a property, you should absolutely understand what will be required of you in the agreement. You don't want to be legally binded to something you are unclear of.

what is a IEEE, and what Is the correct Investor Purchase agreement, to use when you make an agreement with the seller, to do an assignment and lock the property in at a certain price. Then you assign it to a buyer or seller please help me in this matter I need the correct contract so I can get paid properly. It must also state that the buyer or investor can not go around you to the seller and try to buy the house for at least a 2yr period of some kind. Also meaning friends, family members, long lost cousins, etc. I would think this would protect me as an originator of the contract.
I need a specific Investor purchase agreement, and a Investor sales agreement to protect myself. Where can I find these 2 agreements right now I'm very low in funds just lost a job! where can I get htese for free. Is there any way I can dowload them or get a tight contract for free! on aweb site. Thanks gw NEED HELP SOS!
