		<description>I actually think that the first point is the most important.  Too many times, an uneducated flipper has difficulty selling the home because they purchased it too high and are trying to resell it too high.</description>

		<description>I think number 2 is the most important! It goes for buying any home. An inspection can point out major faults within the home, that can be seen. If there is any structural faults were a home would cost more to repair then you can make an inspection save you money.</description>
